My PC running Windows 11 Pro reboots by itself anywhere between 30 seconds and 2 minutes after the screen saver initiates (I have the screen saver set to 1 minute, but the PC initiates the screen saver anywhere between 2-6 minutes after I/O inactivity, so I'm not sure if this is related to the problem).
It also does this if the monitor is manually switched off.
This does not happen while in safe mode. It also does not occur with Windows 10 installed on my PC (I don't want to use Windows 10 for multiple reasons).
I have checked the Event Viewer>Windows Logs>System and there appears to be an event ('error' level) that occurs right before each reboot. Some of the information that is in the description of the event is "event ID 56", "application pop up" and "ACPI 2". Here is a link to screenshots of the event information: View: https://imgur.com/a/sdiRHAC
. I can't remember exactly how long ago, but this problem didn't use to occur on my PC.
I have all the latest drivers installed on my PC (from Gigabytes website, GPU one from AMD website) and windows update is showing no new drivers available.
Here is a list of the things I have tried to do to fix it (that have not worked):
PSU: Corsair SF450 Platinum
Motherboard: Gigabyte Aorus Z590I (latest BIOS is installed)
CPU: Intel Core i5-10400
RAM: GSkill Ripjaws 2 X 8GB CL18 3600MHz
SSD: Crucial MX500
GPU: Sapphire Radeon RX 5500XT 8GB
CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-L9i
Monitor: AOC 24G2
Mouse: Logitech G302
Keyboard: Logitech G413
Is there a way to discern if this is a hardware, rather than software, problem? Because if it's a hardware problem then I'd want to RMA/replace the responsible hardware.
Many thanks in advance for your help

Here is a list of the things I have tried to do to fix it (that have not worked):
- Reinstalling windows 11 pro from USB media tool
- Running SFC and CHKDSK commands in cmd.
- Running "DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth" command in cmd (this seemed to fix it once, temporarily, but then not the second time)
- Swapping out PSU.
- Removing RX 5500XT GPU and using i5-10400 integrated graphics.
- Using each individual stick of RAM on its own.
- Disabling "C-States Control" in BIOS.
- Enabling "Power Loading" in BIOS.
- Enabling "ErP" in BIOS.
- Unplugging my keyboard and mouse.
- Installing "Intel Management Engine Drivers for Windows 10 and Windows 11" off Intel's website: https://www.intel.com/content/www/u...ne-drivers-for-windows-10-and-windows-11.html. This was a slightly later version compared to the one available on Gigabyte's website that I had installed prior.
