I updated to windows 11 with windows update assistant. It was working fine until I opened valorant, it showed an error saying "This build of vanguard require TPM version 2.0 and secure boot to be enabled'' I had TPM 2.0 enabled already, so i went into bios to enable secure boot. I have intel cpu and asus mb. I changed the os type from 'Other os' to 'UEFI windows mode' and that enabled secure boot. Now I am able to get into valorant but my pc doesnt recognize my usb headset. My mouse and keyboard still works, but my usb headset doesnt work on any usb port. Is there any fix?

Solution
If other USB devices work okay in the same USB port where your headset doesn't work, headset may be faulty.
Try headset on another PC if possible to see if the problem follows the headset.

Hey did you solve your problem, beacause i have the exactly same issue in my PC right now. It was working until i changed my bios settings to secure boot, to play valorant but after i could not use my logitech headset which is the G pro X wirless i think the problem is something with the wirless devices? if you can help me please i would appreciate that Priyanto123!

I have the exact same problem. My headset is Bloody G437 and it stops working after I activate secure boot. Could you solve your problem by any chance?

Hi, unfortunately not. Im troubleshooting since a week but nothing worked. I did a cmos reset and bios reset after that i updated my bios once again and tried to reinstall the drivers manually but it did not change anything to be honest. So i went today to the shop where i buyed my headsets to change the device. I got one brand new the same headset i will contact you then. I know how frustrating it is be patient!
