My friend got a pre built and is staying in a hotel while working in another state. Once the pc arrived he turned it on and started the windows 11 set up. It would not let him connect to the wifi for some reason so he skipped it to the desktop. Now when he tries to connect to the hotel wifi it says that he needs to accept the terms and conditions but he says that he can't seem to find the terms and conditions to accept them.

It's a CLX pre built. He just received it thrusday. It seems like that could be the issue. He said he had that pop up on his phone and got it to connect on his phone but he said there is no window popping up on the pc to accept the terms and conditions to connect to the wifi. What would be the best option from there, hotspot?
He's using the wifi on the motherboard. He can't seem to get the hotels wifi page to pop up and he told me he doesn't have a hotspot on his phone for some odd reason. Any steps to go about trying to force the hotel page to appear? He will be staying at the hotel for the next 2 years so going home isn't an option for a while lol.

Attempting to access the WiFi after a reboot should trigger the popup.
