Question Windows 11 settings are not working properly ?

Hi, I need some help which I have been trying to find answers myself but no luck.

So I have a pc connected to my LG 4K TV using HDMI. The issue is when I open windows 11 settings or the Microsoft store and then turn the TV off and back on again while the settings window or store is open, I can't click on anything within the settings or store, it's like an image, nothing is clickable. I can close the settings/store by pressing the red X in the top corner and then opening it again which allows the settings/store to work fine until I turn of the TV and back on again, which then makes the settings/store behave the same, nothing is clickable apart from the red X which closes the opened settings or store. I have tried different drivers, re installed windows 11, different ram.

Specs: 7950x, x870e, 32gb 6000ram, 4080s, platinum EVGA 1000wat. 1tbx2 Samsung 990

No just one TV, I have tried different GPUs, re installed windows different motherboards, ram, PSU, CPU, NVMe, reinstalled drivers but exactly the same issue.

It's not just the store, it's also windows settings. Turning the TV off and on again causes the settings to become unclickable. Everything else works desktop icons are fine. I just want this fixed because I leave my pc on and my TV turns off due to standby and issue occurs

Try repairing Windows.

I have done this, also I had a intel rig which I swapped to a AMD rig all new hardware still same problem

Gotta be a Windows bug. Submit a report to Microsoft.
