So I’m having an issue where my windows 11 shows no internet connection but I am able to browse the internet perfectly fine. The problem I’m running into is that windows updates or any program such as Nvidia GeForce Experience that checks for internet connection doesn’t work because it thinks I have no internet.

If you notice in the picture bottom right corner it shows no internet but after "Diagnose Network Problems" in shows up on top left showing no problems. and then Geforce in the middle shows no internet. I'm completely lost on this

Any help is appreciated

Open a cmd.exe window and run ipconfig.exe /all
Post the results.

It’s not just Nvidia that the issue is with. It’s also with windows itself. I am unable to even do a windows update because it says that I don’t have internet connection

I think you're confused about your issue. If Windows 11 says, "You're connected to the Internet. We didn't find any problems with your network", and you can browse the Internet without any problems, then your Internet is connected and functioning. The problem is first with the NVIDIA driver software/app not connecting to the Internet and second, you have now added that Windows 11 will not update, which is could be an entirely different problem.

First NVIDIA has had numerous problems authenticating accounts with Windows 11 (recently it involved the entire EU). If you have not already done so make sure you have the most recent version of their software. As far as Windows 11 not updating you will need to explain that in more detail.

Further search shows that it could be that the PC can't reach MS dns servers

5. Restart your Computer or disable/enable your connection and reboot your router.
