Question Windows 11 typing languages

Hello guys, i recently built my new pc with windows 11 and since then i have this issue. I have as my display language English and typing languages english and greek , but when i change typing language with ALT + TAB or WIN + SPACEBAR it shows 3 options, english greek and africans. In africans though, it says greek latin in description. i havent found any solutions yet through internet, everything i do is valid until i restart pc. In my language and region settings i have set only greek and english without any further addons in greek like greek latin . Any solutions ?

In the Search oval (usually lower left screen corner) type "Languages".

That should open a Language Settings window with a "Open" choice on the menu.

Open the Language settings. At the top there are three configuration settings that end users can open to configure language perferences.

Are you able to remove the add-ons via those language settings?
