My Dell G3 3500 has this problem. BSOD does not occur when I disable Intel SST audio. Dell has not given me any updates to the driver. 10.29.0.5152 is available from Lenovo but I am hesitant to down load and execute on my Dell

There was no blocking when I upgraded to Windows 11. So, I am also wondering if after installing windows 11, whether upgrading the SST driver will cause more issues or solve the problem
