I would suggest running DDU in safe mode, uninstall Adrenalin, boot back into windows and get it again

I am on 23.9.3, I haven't had the same problems.
I do the DDU thing every time I install drivers. It crashed in Chrome too...and without YouTube running. Went back to my previous driver, and everything's working fine again. I guess 23.9.3 doesn't like my 6800 or something.

Neither the latest AMD updated driver (10/11/23) nor the most recent Windows Update (Release Preview from Tuesday) have addressed this issue.

disable fast startup and problem is solved
it should be off in a windows 11 install anyway. It is by default on nvme/ssd now.
its also a lot of fun finding on win 11.

search for control panel
power options
left hand column - choose what power button does
if Turn on fast startup is ticked,
press Change settings that are currently unavailable
untick fast startup and save changes.
