Windows 45Gb File?

I have recently installed a ssd specifically a samsung 840 series. Ater installing windows the c drive is already containing 45Gb when the windows folder is only 15Gb. What is filling up all that space and why can't I access it?

Please help missing 30Gb of my new drive!!!!
