[SOLVED] Windows 7 1400x900

Hi Everyone, how do i bring back my screen resolution to normal. I have tried to remove the cables of monitors and reconnect, still doesn't help. The issue started when i reconnected my graphic card, Radeon hd 4300/4500 series. but it made my PC slow so i removed it, now i can't find the graphic drivers to uninstall, they are like hidden somewhere.
My desktop is Dell E8600

@Skynet , i searched a lot but its useless, i need the old resolution,
i used that for 2 years.

@skynet - I downloaded intel graphics media accelerator from a website, it worked for me, i got my resolution back,
but it also had viruses, my anti virus blocked the viruses, lets hope it doesn't ruin my hard drive, thanks for help.
