windows 10 64 bit iso downloaded from https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/techbench

1) You cannot upgrade from a 32-bit OS to a 64-bit OS. You must perform a full installation
2) As wayfall asks, where did you get your install disk?
3) Moving to a 64-bit OS is not going to make any real or noticeable difference with your current system

32-bit operating systems have a maximum 4GB addressable memory space; part of which is taken up by system resources. This is why you only see 3.17GB usable memory. While a 64-bit OS can have a much larger addressable memory space, your system resources will still take up some memory and your usable memory will still be around 3.17GB.

Although frowned upon by MS for dual boot, it is a good idea if you don't encounter any problems and some do.

The auto upgrade too is known to be problematic, so a fresh install with a clean ISO is the way to go.
That was the method I used and no problems at all. I did however get it from the site I listed with the media creation tool.
You will of coarse need your windows activation key so keep it handy.

i have erased my sata before and try to install new windows but it still show there is problme with compatiblity on windows 64 bit // but on windows 32 bit instalation it s install normally and wxithout any probleme smouthly

Well I do know CPU i3 2120 will support a 64bit OS however all indictions I have found indicate the dell optiplex 390 has not been tested for W10.
