I've been noticing poor performance with my computer as of late. I opened the task manager and noticed that it only showed approximately 8gigs of physical memory. The BIOS detects all 16GB of the ram and the Operating system "sees" it, but won't "use" more than half of it. I tried using MSconfig>boot>advanced options to remove memory limits, but it still shows a limit.

Any Ideas?

That got it. I had noticed the mobo was stuck in "single channel memory mode." when I was testing the sticks by themselves.
