Windows 7 Blue Screen with Q9400

Hi, sorry for my bad english. I could use my motherboard with Core2Quad Q9400 but i'm getting blue screen with q9400 for a week. I changed my cpu to DC E5300 and works without problem. I've tried the Q9400 on another motherboard it works. Also i'm getting blue screen while formatting with Q9400. I changed my HD, GPU, Ram still same. I've tried all ram slots.
What can i do ?

GPU: ATI Radeon HD 3650 and HD 4650
RAM: 4(2x2) GB DDR2 Kingston and 2 GB HiLevel
Power: 350W

There is a new thing. I can open the pc with Q9400 but I can't open the some apps like that Chrome, Discord, Steam but some apps work like Logitech Gaming Software. If i use the pc, i get blue screen. But while at idle, nothing happens. Also i can't open with Safe Mode.

With the E5300 CPU installed, try updating to the latest BIOS from the motherboard manufacturer's website.

Then shut down, swap the CPU over to the Q9400 and reboot.

My BIOS has latest version.
