Windows 7 boot problem with white screen on laptop

I was watching movie on my laptop Acer Aspire 4830T and got a white screen. I tried to reboot few times but no changes. White screen appear just right after laptop start on.
I connected laptop via VGA cable to TV and could see message like "windows try to sort out start up problems:

So laptop can works via VGA output but only white screen on display.

Sounds like the LCD hardware driver on your laptop took a dump. If you really need to keep the laptop take it to a shop.
