Windows 7 Boots only when I have my SSD in.

So i installed my windows 7 on my SSD and when I only have my SSD connected it boots up perfectly fine. However when I connect my SSD + my HDD it just stays at Starting Windows and is useless and non bootable. Please help!

Ensure the bios has the ssd first in the priority list, and that its still set to ahci mode when he plugged in

It is first priority and it is in AHCI mode
