Windows 7 BSOD 0x93 AND 0x24

Please help me!!! I' ve been getting these for a long time now but i couldnt find a fix to my problem can you please help me solve the errors? If you want any information please tell me where i can find it because i dont know anything about bsod's

listen to your hard drive if you hear a racket your hard drive is dead/dying

So what can i do to fix this and also what do you mean racket? Oh I also forgot to add that i cant install any windows updates!

Well i have perfomed a chkdsk and error code 0x24 has never appeared again the problem is that when i log in to windows after about 5 minutes i get a 0x93 crash invalid kernel handle. I dont know how can I send you the minidumb folder. Can you give me your email in order to attach the .rar file?
