Question Windows 7 can't run chkdsk and sfc /scannow

My windows 7 takes minutes to boot and my game always crashes after a few minutes
I tried to run Chkdsk after pressing Y and restarting my pc it would do a black screen for a few minutes and then do a normal boot
I tried to run Sfc /scannow but it would get stuck at 31% and after a while a message shows up about Windows resource protection could not perform the requested operation
I also tried to run both of this command in Safe mode but its the same

Have you run virus scan? Did you try using powershell admin to run the scan?

I don't understand how does a malware prevent me from checking my system files but sure i'll do that

I'd replace the drive and do a clean setup of Windows, chances are your drive is failing.
