Windows 7 Crash

It's about a year that my custom PC keep crashing randomly, by randomly I mean that It crash in uncconected situations(while a game is running, while i'm watching a movie, while i'm writing some documents and even when it's doing nothing), I have checked the event log of windows but there isn't any reported events or errors, I'm also using AI Suite II and GPU-Z to monitor temp, fans speed and energy usage (if you need the log files ask me) but everything is normal, I've also checked for any software/drivers issues and for any virus or malware but everything seams fine.
I'm posting my specs and I hope that someone can help me:
Motherboard:Asus P8Z68-V PRO/GEN3
Operating System : Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit (6.1, Build 7601) Service Pack 1
Processor : Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2600K CPU @ 3.40GHz (8 CPUs), ~3.4GHz
Memory : 8192MB RAM (2xCorsair Vegeance ddr3)
Video Card. AMD RADEON 7850 HD saphire edition 2GB
Power: Thermaltake ToughPower 775W
Main HDD: Seagate SATA III 500GB 7200 RPM
Secondary HDD: WD Caviar Green SATA III 1TB
2 Case Fan: Stock one that came with the case(Thermaltake pc case dokker), Excalibur 600-2000RPM 12V 6W
CPU Cooler: Hyper 212 evo Coller Master

I apologize in advance but I realy need a step by step guide, the dmp files are the "temp,power" logs or something else?

Nevermind I have found the folder where my sysetm should create the dmp files(I've also checked if the setting allowed it to create one) but the folder is empty.

Oh well cant do anything about it. Unless you use ccleaner this will wipe them if you dont untick them

I only use ccleaner to correct reg errors, never used the clean fuction, the problem is that one of the crash happened yesterday at 22:30 (UTC +1), and since then I haven't used the PC so It seam impossible to me that something wiped the dmp files when the pc was shutted down 🙁

I have also checked the clean boxes and all windows features are unticked even dump files

I would avoid the reg cleaner. It can delete valid entries and make things worse

Thanks I will keep that in mind, I'm running a safety scanner right now just to be sure about the files safety, is there any other way to create a diagnostic file or something that can help you without the dmp files?

Update-I'm removing AI Suite because some people blamed it for various issues, I hope it will work

Roger that, if in the next few days everything work I will blame AI Suite II and post is removal as a solution if not i will post the dmp files

That can cause crashes with some of the programs in it, when you use them. So I would uninstall it

Sadly I'm back here, today on 12/10/14 my PC randomly crashed again, I haven't changed any settings since the last time and I have stooped using CCleaner and other cleaning tools as suggested, but I don't understand why my stupid system didn't create any DMP files(even if I have activated them), the event log as the last times is clueless about the critical error that causes the crash, there is only one entry that can be the culprit the "lirsgt service dosn't start correctly" and "atksgt dosn't start correctly", on some forums they suggest to remove them because they aren't essential for the system, any suggestion?

That file belongs to tages copy protection or something. It installs with some games I think

I have used Virus Total to scan those .sys files just to be sure that my security wasn't compromised, apparently the scan was clean but many users of that sites flagged it as dangerous, for now I have isolated them in the quarantine folder of my antivirus, I will wait if another crash take place without them or not
