Hi,
When I installed Windows 7 ultimate on my computer a few weeks ago , everything ran fine and it automatically installed appropriate drivers for many of my system components (like the on-board graphics chip). All Aero effects ran fine without a hitch with whatever (little) graphics memory that I had.
The trouble started when I installed the drivers meant for Windows XP on this system. Now the system recognizes the card but does not utilize it properly ie. the Experience Index Base score is now 1 which was previously 2 and hence no Aero.
So I want to ask if there is any way that I can rollback to the default Windows 7 drivers ( by the way the 'rollback driver' option in device manager is disabled and Intel has not released any graphics drivers for Win7 ).
Any help would be appreciated,
Thanks
System Specs :-
MB- Intel D945GCPE
CPU-Intel Core 2 Duo E4600
Memory-1GB
(Yeah its a bare-bones system)
