Windows 7 Digital river download question

Hi

I have just finished building my new pc, Im buying a OEM copy of windows 7 in a few weeks time but cant afford it until them, im kinda impatient and really want to get my new pc up and running,

as far as i know digital river downlods of microsoft products are perfectly legal and give you a free trial, what i want to know is is it safe to download latest windows 7 64bit home premium ISO copy to a dvd and install on my new system

then just enter the product key i get in a few weeks with my OEM versio, are there any complications i might come across as opposed to just waiting and using my OEM install disc

It's not a 'free trial'. Just the standard 30 days before actual activation is required.
