windows 7 does not recognise printer disc

I have the driver disc for HP PSD 1400 series printer but windows 7 wont let me install it.

I was install new WIN 7 in my PC, and tried installing printer sharp AR-5516 but it's not work? what can I do it?

I'm no printer expert but it could be that the disc is broken/corrupted.
That is just a guess since you never told what error said installer encounters.
In any case, you could try downloading the installer package from HP's site:

Supported OS Windows® 2000, Windows® XP, Windows Vista®

Sharp's page says support doesn't exist for windows 7, you might be out of luck unless older drivers just happen to work.

Assuming you meant HP PSC 1400, you can download drivers from here: http://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-psc-1400-all-in-one-printer-series/436453 (click where it reads "Software and drivers").
