[SOLVED] Windows 7 dvd not working

Please help me
I have dell core i2 512 mb ram it is running Windows 7 enterprise I want to change it into window 7 ultimate but when I insert a Windows 7 dvd in it the cd rom detect the cd but it always show that this dvd have 0 bytes free and 0 bytes used. Please help

CDrom doesn't support DVD disks. You need DVDrom drive.
