Windows 7 Event ID 6008 but PC freezes

I have the same message in the Event Viewer: (Event ID: 6008) "The previous system shutdown at XX:XX:XX on ?XX/XX/XXXX was unexpected."

But my problem is not a "SHUTDOWN". The PC just freeze completely and I need to restart manually. I've checked temperature issues of the CPU and GPU. The memory is fine too so as the PSU.

The PC is new. I had this problem two months ago, the freezings were occurring constantly and the technical service said to me that was something wrong with the motherboard and they changed it for a new one. Now, 2 weeks after I get back my repaired PC from them, the problem started again, but only two or three times a week and I don't know what can be!!!!

It happens when I'm playing games.

Motherboard: ASUS SABERTOOTH 990 FX
Memory: 16384MB RAM (Kingston)
Graphic card: AMD Radeon R9 200 Series
System Disk: SSD Toshiba 120 GB
Fixed Hard Disk: Western Digital 1TB
PSU: Cooler Master 700 W
All mounted on a Thermaltake Level 10 GT case.

You state your components are fine, can you tell us how did you test them to be 100% your CPU, RAM and PSU are ok?

Since it's new, is SP1 installed?
