Windows 7 Freezes at Startup Windows Logo

I just replaced my PSU with a new 600W PSU. Everything was fine, but when I startup windows, it freezes at the startup logo. The PSU is from Cooler Master and I got it completely new.

New does not mean good, put your old psu back in, if it works, and see what happens.

My Old PSU Won't even turn on.
