Question Windows 7 freezing periodically ---- Event errors show possibly SChannel errors, but I'm not sure ?

After looking in Reliability and win event logs, along with freezing happening right after errors related to 0x2efd regarding updates or visiting websites I'm starting to think its a network error... how do I fix this? I unchecked the TLS option, and it still freezes. Cant seem to update anything without the error popping up.


Ran minitool, and trying to match with reliability output along with events and Im not really seeing anything other than a ton of SChannel errors.
