What are the specs of your computer? Did you download and run the Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor first to ensure that your hardware is compatible with Windows 7? Which Windows and version are you trying to upgrade from, to which version of Windows 7?
When asking for assistance please give details of OS and specifications and any error messages and at what point they appear.
