OK so recently I got a new motherboard and CPU (Asus ASUS Z170-E, Intel i5 6600 3.30GHz) OK so recently I got a new motherboard and CPU (Asus ASUS Z170-E, Intel i5 6600 3.30GHz) and then my hard drive wouldn't boot up Windows 10 after one day of downloading it through a flash drive. Eventually I got a new hard drive (Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 7200RPM) and downloaded Windows 10 once more. It did the same problem as before, where I couldn't have it for more than a day without it crashing and not booting Windows anymore. After that I purchased a Windows 7 CD and downloaded that. I'm currently using Windows 7, but the OS isn't detecting my GPU (AMD Radeon R9 290) and I don't know what to do. All I want is to play WoW again after a 2 month hiatus of my crippled PC. Please help asap.

TL;DR: I'm currently using Windows 7, but the OS isn't detecting my GPU (AMD Radeon R9 290) and I don't know what to do.

Hello... THX that's a beautiful picture... We ARE good there... The Default Windows VGA driver is installed... B )
so we need to Download OR use the media that came with your Video card... do you have any?

I have a disk, but I have no clue where it is x_X I COULD look for it, which I will do right now, sir.

You just need to download the drivers, go to google, and type in download drivers r9 290 windows 7, once you download and install the drivers, it will ask you to restart your computer, once you are done and the computer restarts, you should be golden!
