Windows 7 Install cannot detect drivers

After putting together a PC and trying to install Windows, I get to the point where it asks what hard drive I want to install Windows on. Once we get there, it says no drivers detected. I don't know what's wrong. The Hard Drive is a Seagate Barracuda 1TB.

Try the HDD in other PC first to see it is DOA or not, if the HDD works fine, and make sure the win7 dvd disc works or not too.

The bios detects it(I think does, but the bios is confusing), although in sata port 2 instead of 0. How do I make sure the disk works?
