Windows 7 Install Failure

Hello all

I recently built a new computer with the specs below.

I inserted the windows 7 install disc, and proceeded to install windows. Towards the end of the installation, an error message appeared which read something like " one or more components failed to install". The computer automatically restarted itself, and now when it turns on, it enters windows setup. It tries to complete the installation, but encounters the install error again, and keeps restarting and repeating the process.

I've tried to access the bios, but the splash screen appears in the wrong resolution, as well as the bios settings screen. When I click something on the bios setting screen, it appears to freeze, which forces me t restart.

In short, I've installed windows and can't access the bios or boot screens, so I can't reinstall.

How do I fix this?!

Any help would be very much appreciated

ATX Z97 G55 SLI
Amd radeon hd 7870
Intel core I7 4790k
Corsair RM 759
8 gigabytes of ram
Sea gate barracuda 2tb hard drive
Disc drive

Etc.

Check again all the components of motherboard if installed properly.

I just double checked that everything was installed correctly, and nothing seemed at all out of place. However, when I turned it on this time, it launched windows error recovery, and prompted me to restart the computer with the install disc in the drive. I did exactly this, but It again came up with the error recovery screen.

I need a Way to immediately launch from install disc instead of booting from the hard drive.
