Windows 7 installation error

Hey people. Thanks for the time
I just made my new rig and began to instal win 7 home premium 64 bit into it. I go through the whole installation process. But after the computer restart a after the installation it says windows restrarted or shutdown unexpectedly. I have had this problem since about 2 days ago I have been trying to fix it but nothing helps it. HELP HELP HELP PLEASE

I'm having a little trouble understanding this,

So you are able to boot to the OS and and error will come up and crash after windows has loaded?

Also please post system specs

All right. I got my computer and ensembles it. I also got win 7 64 bit with it. I loaded the disk into the disk drive to install the os. I get all the way through the install and it says that windows needs to restart to continue the installation process. When the computer restarts it says windows restarted unexpectedly. Then I have to restart the process. But it's just and endless loop
