I am trying to install Windows 7 Ultimate using a USB onto my newly built computer. But every time upon getting pass the "Install Now" button, I will encounter the dreaded "Load Driver" pop-up, where it says "A required CD/DVD drive device driver is missing. etcetc."
I've tried numerous of fixes, but none has come close to working yet. I've already done:
-Change USB to different ports
-Make USB first boot order
-Play around with BIOS settings
None has worked for me so far. I'm really new to the whole building a computer thing, so maybe I might done something wrong in-between? I am planning on installing Windows onto my SSD, so that is the only thing else that is hooked up at the moment.
The motherboard that I am using is the ASUS P8Z77-V PRO.
I would appreciate any help possible, as this is driving me border-line insane.
Thanks.
