i have 2 pcs one of them was running on windows 8 and i want to setup windows 7 but when i try to setup the windows it tell me that it can't find drive then i took the hard and put it in another pc and the installation went fine but when i return it to first pc it come to windows logo screen and then restart

If I'm reading this right...

You attempted a Windows 7 install
It failed
You removed the drive, and put it in a different PC
The Windows 7 install worked
You then put that drive back into the original PC, and it does not boot.

Well...that is often the result.
The OS needs to be installed on the drive while that drive lives in whatever PC it will live in. Moving between PC's often fails.

2 problems
1. What was wrong with the initial PC?
2. As above, moving that install between PC's does not work.

Fix #1.

You can't install Windows in one pc and then place the HDD on another, only if both have the same motherboard, you'll need to reinstall once again in the pc that the OS is intended for.

As for the "can't find drive" perhaps you didn't plug the HDD correctly, try again and make sure first that the HDD is being detected in BIOS.

Unless the two PCs are completely identical, you cannot install Windows on one PCs hard drive, move it to a second PC and expect it to work. Install your Windows 7 DVD into the first PC (with both hard drives installed) again. Now that Windows 7 is installed on the second hard drive, you should be able to see it when you boot from the DVD.

nothing the initial pc has windows 8 and ram was only 2 GB so it was so slow then i tried to instal windows 7 and it doesn't work so i give it a shot to install it on another pc and it worked fine so i don't know what is the problem with the initial pc

i tried another cable, power supply but it still didn't work and this hard is work just fine on another pc and it was working fine when it had windows 8 installed on it so what is the problem when i installed windows 7 !!!!!

You have two PCs
PC1 has Windows 8 installed
PC2 doesn't have anything installed.
You installed a second hard drive into PC1
You attempted to install Windows 7 onto the second hard drive in PC1 and the install failed.
You moved the new hard drive from PC1 to PC2.
You installed Windows 7 onto the new hard drive in PC2 and the install was successful.
You moved the new hard drive back to PC1 and you cannot boot into Windows 7.

If the above is correct, then the issue you are having is that (as previously stated), you cannot install Windows (any version) onto a hard drive in PC2, then move the hard drive to PC1 and expect it to work. The Windows installation, settings and registry are looking for the hardware that was present (PC2) when the installation occurred. It's not finding that hardware (since the hard drive is now in PC1). Not finding it, Windows fails to boot.

If you want Windows 7 to run on PC1, you *MUST* install Windows 7 onto the drive while it's in PC1. With the drive installed in PC1, try to install Windows 7 again.
