Windows 7 Key

Hi, I have updated to windows 10 twice before on my current set up but have encountered problems so re-installed windows 7.

I would like to do a fresh install (previous upgrades have been through update tool) and was wondering if my windows 7 key will work for a fresh install of windows 10, since i have owned windows 10 before.

If this system has already been Upgraded to Win 10, and activated, you do not need to reinstall Win 7 first.

Just do a clean install of Win 10.
When it asks for the license key, select "I don't have one".
When you are online later, it will contact the activation server farm, recognize the system, and activate.

Thank you! When I installed win 10 a few weeks ago after the anniversary update, i was experiencing the system freeze issues upon boot. Have these been fixed yet?

Having run Win 10 on multiple systems since day 1 of the Tech Preview, I have not experienced any freeze on boot. At all.

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10/ use this to create a Windows 10 install USB. Need at least 8GB Stick.

zPoV I never experience those issues. Its possible you just have to update Bios and make sure all your other drivers are up to date. I am thinking like GPU.
