Windows 7 ntdlr/NTDETECT.COM

I'm currently in class trying to see whether we can a lab on windows 7. My problem is the lab wants us to get the files ntdlr and ntdect.com I've tried looking it up, but nothing has worked. I cannot find the files in 7, if anyone knows how to get to it please let me know! It would be appreciated!

ntldr and ntdetect.com are legacy technology and have not been used to boot the OS since Windows Vista.
