Windows 7 OEM real or fake copy

Hey guys I bought this copy from a seller on Amazon I haven't built my PC yet but I am not sure if this copy is legit or if it will work as the OEM copy should it came in a regular cd sleeve no box or anything and the blue product key is crossed out and only the brown key remains, it also says that it is for refurbished PC's is that ok? http://flipapicture.com/uploaded_images/181247_Snapshot_20130319.JPG

It may in fact be a legit copy, but for your intended use it is actually a violation of the license agreement. You are not a retailer, or anyone who is refurbishing computers. SO although you should be able to instal it, and register it, technically you are violating the license agreement. Just like when buying a regular OEM disc, the only way to keep for violating the license agreement is for you to have built the computer yourself.

I am building the pc myself so I guess I'm not violating the agreement right? I just wanted to know if it would work properly without any problems

IT IS AN ILLEGAL copy, it will work until MS ban that particular key...

Less than a month as a guess....

Return it and DEMAND a retail copy in a SEALED BOX....
