Windows 7 OEM

Hello Everyone. I know that when you install an OEM version of windows it is tied to the motherboard you install it on. I plan on buying the oem version and my question is, Is the motherboard the only component that cannot be altered? Can i upgrade my cpu, gpu, or ram, without having to buy a new license? Thank you

Yes the oem O/S will be tied to the mobo.
One time use so make sure you get the 64bit version.
Every other hardware component change is up to you.
And can be changed to whatever you fancy.
