Windows 7 or 8?

do i get windows 7 or 8 my budget is 100. what is the best for gaming or does it not matter?

win8 is better optimised for games. doesn't matter, windows 10 coming out soon with DX12.

I would suggest installing Windows 8 and then getting the free upgrade to Windows 10 later this summer

i have never seen a difference between 7 and 8 in performance although i do like the look of 7 more

i have both windows 8 and 7 pcs but the windows 7 always wins in my opinion because windows is 7 as it has been around longer and has most of its bugs fixed and is more flawless for gaming


At the end of this month they are releasing windows 10 for free for anyone who owns windows 7/8 just a heads up
