Windows 7 pc doesnt appear on network after format

Hi
A while ago I formated and reinstalled windoes 7 on a pc, connected to the router by cable, but it does no longer appear on the network, it can see just fine the other computers, with the IP I can connect with remote desktop but cant find it in network, it also appears in media devices in network, but not on computers.

Any help?

did you enable File and Printer Sharing?
