[citation][nom]Tindytim[/nom]Really?I've been using 64-bit flash for Linux for over a year. Is this a rare occurrence were Linux get support long before Windows, or did you just get your facts wrong?[/citation]
The native x64 alpha was launched just a few months ago... for over a year you just used the 32 bit one in a wrapper. That's typical for wintards, who, eventually, just licked the surface of Linux with a dumbed down distro - most likely ubuntu " is too hard for me" - and developed the delusion of being experts.

It is by far the worst piece of crap MS has put out to date. It wouldn't even boot after it finished it's initial start. I got to see the interface once, change it's wallpaper, and reboot. It crashed and would never restart again. Back to reliable, proven and true ~ XP!!!

If you are considering a move to Win7 make sure you can still use your key hardware and software. In my case the VPN software I need for my job and my Videomate Vista E900F TV card do not work. Both are certified for Vista and I use them on Vista. No beta Win7 drivers are available. Thats not an exhaustive list of problems but its a show-stopper.

I upgraded to Win 7 x64 from Vista Home Premium x64 and the upgrade was smooth as silk. The only hard problem I've run into since installing Win 7 is my Lexmark all-in-one printer doesn't want to print. Waiting for Lexmark to get off their duff and issue a new driver set that likes Win 7.
