Windows 7 resolution problem

Hello I have a problem with my pc .
after i cleaned my pc with disk doctor (tune up utilities)
and after that the max resolution of the screen went from 1650x1050 to only 1600x900 what can i do to fix this.
I tried uninstalling and installing catalyst control center and the drivers from the card and the monitor
my pc specs
Ati Radeon 4600 HD Series
Monitor : Optiquest Q2201wb
If further info is needed please let me know.

try installing the latest driver update for you GPU

I did this with no effect!!! 🙁

O.k , then re-install windows ... something went wrong with current installation, so start fresh

..... i hoped there was another solution for that.... but ... it this is the only way ... ill do it .

LOL i FiXED IT.
The only thing i did is :
Start --> search : "device manager" --> Expanded : "Display Adapters"--> Right Clicked my Card (ATI Radeon HD 4600 Series) --->Scan for hardware changes --- > and it fixed the problem !!!!
