windows 7 restart after shutdown

My pc windows 7 restart immediately after shut down. . I'm not very good with terms of pc but what is wrong

Seems like an application is crashing, and when the system crashes it automaticaly reboots.

Do you have Roxio CD busning software installed?
- If so uninstall it

When did it start happening

Have you made any recent changes?
- Undo changes
-Do a system restore
