Hey Guys,
Ever since I reinstalled my operating system, my PC is running very poorly when I'm online. I'm confident that I did NOT install all the correct drivers since my PC didn't come with operating system CD's so my question is "How can I get my PC running properly again? Is there a program that I can use to find which drivers I missed? One that isn't full of viruses of course. To clarify,.I have already run every antivirus and malware, spyware etc known to man. I would be willing to install it once more if need be to get it right, but prefer not to. Here are my specs

Windows 7 Home Premium 64 Bit
AMD Anthalon II X2 220 Processor (2 CPU’s) 2.80 ghz
