Windows 7 sanyo 8200 modem #7776

I use Sprint Vision and a Sanyo 8200 as a modem for occasional internet use on Windows XP.

How do I do this on Windows 7? I have a working driver but "dial up networking" doesn't recognize the Sanyo Composite Device as a Modem.

Looks like that model will not work on Vista nor WIn 7.
