So I used Iobit Startup Manager, which allows you to turn programs off on start up. I basically turned everything off. The next time and every time I start up my PC from that time, my sound keeps cutting out randomly. This forces me to uninstall the driver (VIA HD Audio Driver) and restart. Then when it starts up it automatically installs the Driver Audio Serial Bus or something like that. Then it works.

How can I permanently fix it so that I don't have to go through this process every time I restart? I've tried reinstalling the driver (uninstalling it through device manager) then downloading the VIA HD Audio driver from Gigabyte's website. I have a GA-D3H-Z77 motherboard. However, when I next turn on my computer, the same process happens again. I have to uninstall the VIA HD Audio driver through device manager then restart and let it install the Audio Serial bus again.

I restored everything I disabled on Iobit startup manager, however, it still occurs (even after restarting)

And then when I uninstall the device manager I get this:

But then it asks me to apply the fix (the driver is missing) and it fails.

So instead of using VIA HD Audio Driver is uses High Definition Audio Device.

What's the difference?
