If you install a disk that has windows from a different system it might boot into windows but it could have serious problems, if it does.

Better explain what happened to your system, did this message just appear without any change? Can you upload a picture of it?

i remember the last thing i do was merge unallocate space with my Data D: , and also change from selective boot to normal boot pic

The error you get is associated with boot issues and broken BCDstore, you messed something up when merging partitions, either changing or removing the boot partition.
You have to enter windows repair by using a windows installation media, the same version you have installed, and running the automated repair, it could take several times of you running it for it to fix the issue.
