No, you cannot do this, for multiple reasons.

yes, because windows was massively discounted as part of the laptop purchase, it is therefore locked to one machine only (and ever).

Or try out linux. Like Ubuntu. More and more games are releasing with linux clients because of steam machines coming out soon.
