Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 doesn't work properly

Hey guys, so yesterday I got really sick of the windows 10 and decided to go back to the good and old windows 7 the problem is that I made a stupid decision to install the OS from the desktop while everything is working normaly and it kind of messed up my computer, the internet is not working and the usbs are not getting recognized (it literaly doesnt detect any driver except for the mouse and the keyboard and the hdd/ssd) it left me in a situation where I can't do anything since I can't connect to the internet to manualy download the drivers or to download the os and make a clean install, and on the other hand I can't connect the usb to install windows again.
I don't have a dvd device aswell so I can't use disks, I have no idea what to do and i'll appreciate any help, thanks in advance!

Its surprising you don't have USB 2.0 drivers working, unless the whole system only has USB 3.0, then yeah you'd be kinda out of luck.

Option 1, you could yank the hard drive out and pop it in to an external encloser (or just straight up put it inside the computer) and plug it in to a working computer and download drivers on to it that way.

Option 2, use a bootable USB drive with an OS on it. Using something like Yumi or Rufus, download a linux distro on to a USB drive. Obviously you'd need to use a working computer with internet access for this. Download the needed drivers on to the USB drive as well. Then boot your Win7 machine off the USB drive and just copy the drivers over to your Win7 drive. Should be pretty simple as long as...

Does safe mode work? Can you boot into the USB drive from the bios? If worst comes to worst, assuming you don't have a second computer handy, you'll just have to ask a friend for help making a bootable flash drive.

First of all, thanks for the support guys, @bitwright safe mode does work but I can't boot the usb drive from the bios.
@azaran you gave me an idea, I will take out my second hdd and connect it to my friend's computer, then ill put the relevant drivers on it and install them on my computer. Assuming that everything goes smoothly i'll be able to use the internet or the disc-on-key to reinstall the OS completely. I'll keep you updated.
