Can someone please tell me the difference between windows 7 and windows 7 Ultimate ? Couldn't find much information on it.

Chances are very good that Home Premium is the package you want.
And if you should find you need to upgrade, you can use the Anytime Upgrade program to step up to a higher version.
That way, you're not paying for features you probably won't use - until you're sure you do need them.
