Will Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bits work for new GPU GT 1030 ? because It says 64bit but I don't know if it still will work on my 32 bits.

The geforce gtx 1030's memory interface width is 64 bit (it means that speed of the Graphics Card, higher is better) it does not affect your PC. the 64 bit and 32 bit versions only depends on CPU, not on your GPU.
So, It will work on 32 bit PC.

There is a driver for windows 7 32 bit for the GTX1030.
