Windows 7 unresponsive and restarts

Hello, im having issues with my pc, basically i turned everything off and disconnected everything at back of my pc as i was cleaning the room, connected everything back up and booted got into windows alot slower than usual and just got a black screen and cursur then after few seconds maybe 20 it restarted? So far i have booted in safe mode with networking and its working flawlessly i have ran full scan with norton is and malwarebytes and have found nothing, i have checked device manager and nothing in there a issue. No new devices have been connected the only thing i can thing of is my keyboard and mouse may be in different usb ports but that wouldn't cause an issue surely? After booting into safe mode i can boot back into normal mode and it seems to work, i did notice my color scheme had changed?.. and after opening chrome and few programs everything hangs becomes unresponsive and restarts and i cant get back in without going to safe mode. I have tried f8 and repairing computer but the loading bar which says"loading files" gets almost full and stops and just hangs? Im going to run memory diagnostic but after that i have no clue. It was working fine literally 30 minutes before i pulled all leads out to move the pc so i could clean up

So, its either my hard drive or sata ports on motherboard, im getting random freezes and device disconnected errors, may need a new motherboard or hard drive.
